Ingredients:
Calendula (Calendula officinalis), Meadowsweet (Fillipendula ulmaria), Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare var. dulce) Burdock Root (Arctium lappa), Marshmallow Root (Althaea officinalis), Oatstraw (Avena sativa).
Directions:
Shake well in the bag before portioning. 1-2 Tablespoon per 8-12 oz. of 212º hot water. Steep for 15-20 minutes or longer, if possible. Can drink cold.
Precautions:
Marshmallow root should be taken at least 1 hour away from any medications. Precaution should be taken if taking diabetes medication. Always consult a medical professional before starting herbal remedies.
