Shobana is a mental health professional who is deeply passionate about social justice, radical self compassion, and creating a platform that is accessible to everyone and free of prejudice.
Her meditation is rooted in concepts of non-judgement, meeting you where you are, learning from each other, and kindness towards the self. Sessions are typically interactive and are an invitation for folks to have/utilize that space dedicated to practicing self compassion and loving kindness towards yourself and others.
