Yoga Nidra is a journey through all of your senses and truly turns your attention within. It is completely restful & insightful into your own being. Join us for some gentle movement to open your body to fully receiving relaxation with a cozy guided Yoga Nidra Meditation.
This is an in-person & online offering. In-person will be in the meditation space at the Hawthorn Tree, and includes a cup of Relaxation tea.
Please bring your own mats, blankets, & pillows (anything that helps you feel your most comfortable laying on the floor).
