iRest Yoga Nidra is a fully guided meditation usually done in savasana, or however you can be comfortable to find stillness. We have equipment such as blankets, various sized bolsters and mats to loan. But please feel free to bring in what you need: your own mat, an especially cozy blanket, special neck support or eye pillow.
